The Diamond is a custom build. Every panel can be specified in a different material and thickness, so you pay for wear resistance only where the body actually wears.

Hardox® 500 Tuf is the hardest option and the usual choice for floors in abrasive service. Petra will recommend a spec for your material.

Bodies are built from 10′ to 22′ in 6″ increments — the lengths above are common sizes, not the only ones. Cubic capacity follows from your final length, width and side height; axle configuration depends on loaded weight and your jurisdiction. Petra will size the body and chassis together.

What sizes does the Diamond come in?
Floors are built from 10' to 22' in 6" increments, with sides and tailgate from 24" to 66" in 1" increments. The front wall is customized to your truck, and cab shields come in 12", 18", 24", 30", 36", 42" or 48". Because it is a custom build, you are not picking from a handful of fixed sizes.
What steel can I specify?
Floor, sides, tailgate and front are all available in different thicknesses of mild steel, hardened steel or Hardox 500 Tuf. Longmembers are 3/16" or 1/4" Brinell 250 in 6", 8" or 10", formed or I-beam. Cab shields are 10 gauge or 3/16" Brinell 150. You can mix grades, so the floor can be Hardox while lighter-duty panels are not.
How do I choose between mild, hardened and Hardox 500 Tuf?
It comes down to how abrasive your material is and how long you want the body to last. Hardox 500 Tuf is the hardest option and the usual choice for floors in aggregate, rock and demolition work. Mild steel is fine for lighter, less abrasive loads. Petra will recommend a spec based on what you actually haul.
