Petra Truck Equipment Ltd is an authorized dealer for NeuStar Truck Body & Trailer Mfg., a Winnipeg, Manitoba manufacturer of dump bodies and trailers. NeuStar builds its gravel boxes around Hardox® abrasion-resistant wear plate with solid-seam welding throughout, and is National Safety Mark (NSM) certified by Transport Canada.
The NeuStar Gravel Box Lineup
Three gravel box profiles, each built around Hardox® 500 Tuf wear plate. The difference between them comes down to sidewall shape and understructure.
Radius Gravel Box
Hardox 500 TufSmooth radius sidewalls meeting the floor at 45° corners, with no hard corners and no intermediate cross members. Engineered to empty clean, load after load.

Smooth Side-Wall Box

Hybrid Gravel Box
Hardox 500 TufBuilt for larger load capacity, increased stability and superior cleanout. The tailgate uses integrated tubing lined with Hardox for dent resistance and seal integrity.

NeuStar is a qualified member of SSAB’s certification program, meaning its gravel boxes are manufactured using genuine Hardox® wear plate — verified, not just claimed. Current builds use Hardox 500 Tuf across the lineup.
